ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The Conference Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to submit an abstract for consideration for the ANR 2027 Meeting.

Abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission portal until the deadline January 8, 2027 23:59 (GMT +8 hours).

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

  • All abstracts must be written in English.
  • Abstracts can only be submitted online via the meeting website.
  • Graphs and images are not allowed.
  • Define all abbreviations and concepts in your abstract at first use.
  • Always make sure to check the final abstract with the system's preview function before submission, and edit or replace as necessary. It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
  • The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission of the abstract.
  • To enable the maximum number of presenters and to ensure diversity we aim to allow no more than 2 oral presentations and 2 poster presentations per presenting author unless the circumstances are exceptional and as adjudicated by the committee.
  • Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by Monday, March 15, 2027, will be included in the Scientific Program and Meeting abstract e-book.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION

Create a New Account

If you do not already have an account on the abstract submission system, click “Sign up” at the bottom of the sign-in page to create a new account.

You will receive an activation email after signing up. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Step 1: Abstract Title, Topic and Presentation Preference

  • Title:
    • Please keep the title brief and make sure it clearly indicates the nature of the investigation. Use a capital letter for the first letter of the title only; DO NOT capitalize every word.
    • Abstract title can contain a maximum of 150 characters including spaces.
  • Topic: The “Abstract Topic” is reflecting the “main” topic of your abstract that must be selected during the submission process. Please click here to view the available categories.
  • Preferred Presentation Type: Please choose one of the following:
    • oral presentation
    • poster presentation
    • no preference

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type according to the requirements of the scientific program.

Step 2: Author(s):

  • First and last name of all the authors must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order. Please pay attention matching institutions to the right authors and make sure that you select the “presenting author” correctly.
  • Please select the Presenting Author by ticking the relevant checkbox.
  • The institution(s) of the authors should be indicated fully with the “department” and “institution” names while avoiding any abbreviations such as Dept., Univ., Inst., Hosp., etc. The department and institution details, city and country should be written with lower case while the initials of each word in capitals.
  • To include additional authors, click “Add Another Author”. If an author has more than one affiliation, click “Add Another Affiliation”.

Step 3: Abstract Body

  • Abstract text should not exceed 300 words. The title of the abstract, authors' names, institutions and keywords are not included in this limit.
  • Abstract texts should consist of five sections given below. The total word count includes all 5 sections.
    • Background
    • Aims
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • Submission of table is permitted. Submission of figures is not permitted.

Step 4: Keywords

  • Keywords should not be included in the abstract body sections and written only in the section dedicated for keywords.
  • A minimum of 1 keyword is required and maximum 6 keywords can be entered.
  • Please enter each keyword on a separate line.

Step 5: Affirmation & Submit

  • Agreement with affirmation items will be needed to be able to proceed with abstract submission.
  • Click “Submit” to complete your abstract submission.

After Submission

After submitting your abstract, you will be redirected to your dashboard, where you can view your submitted abstract.

  • Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
  • Please note your username and password for future use. If you forget this information, please get in contact with the Meeting Secretariat ( mcengiz@corvian-global.com ).

When the submission process is finalized, you will see your abstract under the heading "Submitted Abstracts". If your abstract is not seen there, please kindly go back and check the steps of your submission. Please be aware that the Scientific Committee will not receive "Not-Submitted Abstracts" and these therefore CANNOT be taken into consideration in the abstract evaluation process.

Upon submission of your abstract an e-mail including the "Abstract Number" and "Abstract Title" will be sent to the author who has submitted the abstract.

Evaluation Process and Acceptance Letters

All submitted abstracts will be assessed by international reviewers. Considering scores Scientific Committee will draw up the draft program. While scientific merit is the most important factor in assessing an abstract, the program will also take into account other factors such as the topic, geographic representation etc.

Acceptance letters will be sent by end of February via e-mail. Relevant information about your abstract's presentation including the presentation date, time, venue, presentation number will be sent in March 2027.
